3 idiOTS
Fortunately or unfortunately, day before yesterday my evening was spend with 3 idiots. I could able to understand our educational system more clearly, when I don’t get time to write something in this blog, after watching the movie. Kirloska v Kirloskar and Dhariwal Industries Ltd. and Anr. Vs. M.S.S. Food Products were the MUST READ for 7th and 8th Jan respectively and you are my specialization students means U hav 2 read the original judgment in Nicaragua v. USA (277 pages). Please no offence yaar..But we can’t help it… our BCI’s system is such like engineering in that movie. You have to read those judgments, even if you like or not.
By the way, I didn’t intend to write these things,,,, but you know, you have to start saying something. In this movie I could not able to understand who were the idiots? The director said Farhan Qureshi, Raju Rastogi, and Rancchoddas "Rancho" Shyamaldas Chanchad are 3 idiots. But I feel sth. antithetic.
Professor Viru Sahastrabudhhe (ViruS), the man responsible for Joy’s suicide. Joy had requested an extension on his major project on compassionate grounds but ViruS refused. A teacher, who is inhuman with a brutish heart… A teacher, who essayed a number of time to put down the friendship, warning them and their parents to steer clear of Rancho…A teacher, who never boost the students to do sth. that is not obvious. I cogitate he is one of the idiot in this movie.
Secondly, the model student of ViruS’ Chatur Ramalingam or "Silencer", like we have one in our law school (Again no offence please). The boy with no creativity but one target high rank, higher social status, corporate power and wealth. That’s all. I have to get it by heart; no matter Chamatkar or Balat… Idiot! The idiot student of a idiot teacher.
Suhas, the materialist man. No connection with other things of the world. He should be a tradesman. Always this was Rs?/- and that is Rs@/-. There are many Suhas like idiots in every society, to whom only and only money matters. Actually if I would have produced this film, my 3 idiots would have been these three…

If whole world agree to accept a new religion, what must be its contents and preachings?
Do you have ever thought of it. Ya ah some Mr. Arun Kumar asked this question and I sat for sometime open mouthed. Now the possible draft is before you (Reader's Parliament) for pass. Addition, Variation, Deletion and other "tion" could be posted in Add Comments (just below it).
I wish it be...everyone belongs to one new religion..
No bloodshed,
No intolerance,
No religion is in danger!!!
No fight for existence,
No foreign money for conversion
Well the blue print for that religion would be
"Courage" from Islam
+"Love" from Christianity
+"Sacrifice" from Buddhism
+"Kindness" from Jainism
+the entire WAY OF LIFE minus (-) some superstition

reSULT always inSULTs..
After the 4th sem exam, I decided to be a home bird for couple of days. My plan was to do nothing, except reading the books like, the Bible, the Wings of Fire and the famous book, the Da Vinci Code of Dan Brown. Apart from this, the other distinguished job was to watch the sunset and go on thinking like a poet. But as always I could not able to stick to my plans. I had promised Ashis, to do internship together. My wretched job and his ungratified mind…There is a trade up. I have to keep company.
The Bhubaneswar court is in face of BJB Jr. College, where I have done my +2. But this is the 1st time I am entering the court building. Even in those college days, I have never made bold to enter into it. The very 1st day, I met two of our class mates there. They were dying hard for their lawyer Mr. Nirmal. But we two, Ashis and I were bindaas, as if we are way in to a mall or hall. For the first two hours we looked for the lawyers and judges in the court room. But none were found.
At nearly 12:30 the judges came in. Hey! Ashis look the court has started here. Come… Our lawyer, I mean, under whom we were doing our intern, is Mr. M. M. Basu, the Senior Advocate of the High Court and the former President of the BBSR bar association. He had his case that day in the Fast track court. Both of us entered in. Where to sit? Oh! We forgot to bring chairs, I added. We fend at the back. After nearly 30 minutes or so, there was a break. It’s again the time to disco. The judge stood up and we two come out instantly.
Ashis- Just half an hour?
Me- Judges have also “life”, yaar!!!
Again the court started at 2: 30. Our lawyer rose and initiated articulating in 200km/ hr. speed. He was arguing or shouting at that poor judge, I don’t know. But what I believe he was arguing… the judge asked him to decelerate. Mr. Basu! (showing his hands like giving a break in Ecosse Heretic Titanium) Break, slow... He immediately said, “If the court has no break, how come I will give…” Every one inside the court laughed, but I could not able to get the joke. I asked Ashis, was there something to laugh? He instantly said "yes" and I broke in laughing. Whatever it may be the arguments were over within 15 minutes or so. We come out with our lawyer like coming forth after shooting down the Great Alexander or Hitler. Our lawyer is very mixing. He makes fun very often. I call him “jaje” (grandfather). But after interacting with him, one will have to agree he is a true lawyer and no doubt a learned man.
The second day also we, saw the same, the judges come half an hour before the break and gets bored before 3:00 pm. What a life!! I asked myself, why the Professor in our school, don’t get tired? For the five to six days, we saw nothing, new. The lawyers and the judges tittle-tattle themselves and we were the bakaras (fooled). We could not able to listen anything. One of the witnesses in a civil court said, “I don’t know” to every question, as if his wife has foreboded to commit suicide if… Vigilance court, CBI court, Munsip court all are the same. Horrible! It was a different world altogether.
One day I reached a little earlier and experience the inauguration of a new court inside that building. When Ashis came nearly about 11 or so, I asked him to accompany me to that court. Mrs. Momita Das was manoeuvring the court and we sat (for the first time). Yah! I have remembered the judge of the First Track once asked Ashis to go outside as he was standing in front of him. But thanks to one of the lawyer, he said to the court that he is a student. I was very much angry with that judge but I later learned that the judge can also ask a person to go outside from the open court. The lawyer was arguing. I harked back our moot court practice. Thousands time better than this.
Oh! One day in the afternoon, we decided not to get bore furthermore and leave before 3: 00. When we are coming back, we saw some media persons with cameras. We come to know that the accused Raja Acharya, of Birancchi Das murder case will come. So, we made up ours mind to be present and went inside the court room, where the policemen with guns were standing. We wait for the lawyer and judge but only the lawyer of the accused came and asked the accused to put his signature with that blue ink and it was over. The lawyer said something to the media and it was the front page news on the very next day. I remembered Ashis was hiding from the cameras. He was worried, if he comes in front of the camera, his future might be doomed. However I listen everything from the lawyer and came back.
Yesterday night I telephoned Mr. Basu-
Hello, Mr. Basu speaking…
I am Satya, Namaste.
Yaah
We can’t go there (dist. court). No chair, no fan, no lawyers, no judges, no, no and only NO
I understand. But you have to go because you can learn how evidence is taken...
But we can’t hear anything. The judge and lawyers talks among themselves…
Will they ask you and start (laugh)?
Hello, hello but no hello reaches Mr. Basu.
Today, at nearly 1.00 pm we reached at Mr. Basu and told him that we can’t go (the same reasons and the same one liner from his side). Lastly, it was decided that we have to go to the court and come to his chamber every evening. No Sunday, no Saturday but every day. We discussed something on law and legal ethics and and… in that hot afternoon. 47 degree Celsius and smoke of cigarette...
We are coming back to home. By the way, Ashis asked me to call Pradeep Sir, for asking about our result. Yes results were out. Ashis asked me to sit at the back and I just obeyed him like a good boy. He started driving at 100 & 120. Oh my God. Naveen pattnaik has done blunder by widening this road. Perhaps for this broadening only, Ashis had given him a vote. But I was just dying in fear. I could able to know that day how much I love myself. Near SAI International School, Ashis greeted me a Best of Luck. I asked him to say it once more because I will not hear it after getting my results. But I didn’t thanked him nor greet him to show formality. I was waiting to congratulate him.
At last, Congratulation! My dear Ashis, you are the topper. 7.42 CGPA. Well done. Let me see my performance. I was searching a 7 in the right hand side, but my figure stopped at the last (Roll no. 33) - Soumita Adhikari-7.04. Oye! Ashiswa’ (most of our classmates call Ashis by this name), Where is mine? Then I searched my name. Aaaa Ha! Satya Ranjan Swain- Consti. “E” (chalo bach gaya) Penal law “A+” (am I insane? Or..) Jurisprudence “A” (yaar! Ali Sir bhi ghussa hne kya?) Family Law “A+” (marriage aapun karne ke baad marriage law mein understanding aayega..) Company law “A” (Mukil Sir! Oh my God) Money, Banking and Public Finance “E” (koi toh “O” de do..) Grand viva “E” (“O” ki supply govt. bandh kar di kya?) SGPA 6.08 and CGPA 6.81. I stopped. Is it true, I am no more, 7 pointer? I tried to be Pollyannaish and cheerful with Ashis but I couldn’t. I decided not to disclose my marks to my classmates. But ha group mail from advkartikeya@gmail.com reached every one. As I have said in joke once, I am really, laughing and dying within myself… burning from within, without fire… drowning within myself, without H2O…
Now who can rub this pdf. Print? Result always insults…

10sion even after exams...

The students usually wish 24+ hours a day, during exams, not excluding myself. But during this exam, I desired that the time must go by as fast as possible, not because I had prepared my subjects well, but I was fascinated to put in writing something in this blog page. I was bothered to write about someone, whom I like and admire most… Who has given a fresh touch in my life inside the classroom. Whose teaching make me fascinated and whose perception made me to look at an episode with different vision. Whose…
When the company law exam was there, I reached my college 45 minutes before the exam, so, that I can concentrate well. My network (mind) gets failed after driving bike in these sun-drenched days. But just after reaching, when I was keeping my bags on that rack, Pradeep Sir told me that ….. is leaving us. Ohhhhhhhhhh! I am sorry. But why? He is appointed as VC in NLUO.
That day I could not able to sleep well at night. More than thousand times he had told us, “I will leave to AMU”. But never was I worried, because I knew that he will not leave for sure, because he loves us and this institution, like anything.
But this time he is not saying anything as such. But I am worried. I am not worried, for my career, and my placement. Something is disturbing me from inside. I immediately became my own guardian and said to me, “If he leaves he will only go to a place which is just 30 kms from here. I can see him any day, I wish. I can talk to him just dialing 09437020231 or in gtalk.” But I failed to make me understand. Some emotional attachments were working there. It was not the attachment like in email, which can be removed just by clicking remove after attaching.
The very next day when I saw that drawing sheet on the wall showing its face with “SIR PLEASE DON’T LEAVE US”, my joy forgets every limit. I took pen from Ashis immediately and put my name over there with font more than 48 and not in New Times Roman script.
I was not able to talk to… (him) often, like my friends may be because I know neither English nor Hindi properly or I forget my words when I come face to face him. Perhaps… (he) didn’t know my name till date. But I adore him. I enjoy when he speaks. I dance from within, when he says with a loud voice “…my country”
Today, after the last exam, I rushed to Shreerupa Ma’am, in the name of asking about internship. But nothing new!! What I have seen at http://www.orissalinks.com/archives/category/other-colleges/non-traditional-colleges/law is true. … is appointed. Ma’am told us, Sir has promised to come at dinner to talk to us. After that also my friends were waiting today’s evening. But I could not able to hold my patience more. I recalled the days with my Sir. I questioned myself; will I see a different face when I will look inside the director chamber from outside…?
SIR PLEASE DON'T GO...

STOP celebrating b'day...
Then I took my bag and left for home unlike every other day. I was driving slowly. People, who have seen my driving, might laugh, as if I drive very fast in other days. However, I was asking myself “have I really grown up?”, “Have I really seen 20 springs (answer to Kartik Sir’s question) in my life?” Really I have never thought of it.
I looked at the mirror of the bike and asked myself again and again, the same. Am I really grown up? I was not prepared to accept the reality instantly because today also I believe myself that little child, what I was 10 to 12 yrs before. But my white hair on that mirror was simply unwilling to go with my emotions.
Really inside this 6’ body, I am that tutul, what I was before. Today also, I look for my mother while taking food. Today also my mother keeps my books and copies inside my bag when I come to college. Today also my brother (younger to me) brings for me clothes and other things. Today also I sit at back, while going anywhere, as if I am younger to my brother. Today also I play with little kids as their friends of their age. Today also I keep on drawing when I am studying.
Any one may deny, but I am still a child and I also want to remain one. Free from antagonism, far from envy, free from revulsion and liberated from all awful stuffs. My friends! childhood is incredibly pleasant. Make the birthday at least a day to go back to your childhood once again. If you feel this birthday, brings you closer to death, STOP celebrating it.
